Direct Scouts Istanbul is part of Direct Scouts GmbH based in Solingen and was founded by Mika Ramm. While Mika Ramm is responsible for the management of the German direct sales specialist, Ozan Ün has been managing the multilingual call center in his home country, Turkey, with passion and business know-how since 2015.
The Direct Scouts call center serves all German, English and Turkish speaking core markets in Europe and is vitalized by Istanbul’s positive energy and it’s labor market. Here, call center professions are highly recognized and many highly skilled former expatriates can be trained as call center agents after their return home.
